Q: Do you allow pets? A: Each property is individually owned and each owner sets the criteria for their rental property. Generally a $500 pet deposit is required if pets are allowed. Q: Do you run credit checks? What do they include? A: Yes, we run checks on credit, criminal background, employment verification, and previous evictions/rental history.
Advertising - in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we also list on Apartment List, Lovely, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Yahoo! Prepare your property for renters - arrange for carpet and interior cleaning, repairs, touch-ups, etc. Eviction process when necessary. We use an experienced real estate attorney.
