With my monthly billing statements I attach all invoices from the subcontractors for work done on the property owners real estate. There's no up-charge on the invoices, and my fees on the administration for the properties is quite reasonable.

TRK Management has managed my rental for two years. Tom has extensive contacts with good, reliable repair men. I have done a lot house repairs myself and can appreciate good workmanship. He is quick to respond to my renters needs and keeps me informed when repairs are needed. He provides copies of all bills/ invoices and monthly accounting.
