My wife and I lived in a property managed by Charter Realty for 7 years. I found them to be extremely professional and always fair. If anything ever broke or if there was an emergency, they we on top of it. If a neighbor was a menace, they were dealt with immediately. If you are an honest and clean tenant, Charter Realty will take care of you.
