The majority of these today have been simplified and reduced to the simplistic, leaving the traditional systems that cover all aspects of training, to be in.

Five and a half years ago, I signed up for a Qigong class at the Walnut Creek Senior Center. My experience there was good, and I recognized that the teacher, Sifu Adam Wallace, was highly skilled. I decided to enter private classes he offered through his school and have attended regularly since that time. The benefits of practicing Qigong are subtle, yet strong, and increase as practice deepens and skill expands. Sifu Wallace is an extraordinary teacher who makes the benefits of the form clear and consistent practice rewarding. ~Dr. Nina Krebs
