I highly recommend Jamie Tobula and the rest of the staff at Arrow Counseling. Jamie has been helping me for almost a year now while working through a very hard divorce. She’s very supportive and has helped me process through the many changes, challenges and obstacles I’ve faced over the last year. If you’re looking for a mental health provider, you’ll be in good hands with Jamie and Arrow.

I've been seeing my counselor (Annemarie) for almost 3 years at Arrow. She has helped me tremendously and I trust her implicitly. The staff have at Arrow have never been anything but kind, friendly, and helpful. I'm sure they do have some therapists on staff who may not be the right fit for everyone as it took several attempts with different counseling services to find someone I could connect with and who could help me. To all those who had a negative experience with Arrow, I hope this didn't deter you from continuing your own healing journey.

My six-year-old daughter and I had a very negative experience with a counselor at our first appointment. I decided, based on what happened during this time, that Arrow was not the right fit for my daughter, and I emailed the counselor and owner to let them know that we would not be returning and why. The email was a few paragraphs, and the last line was, "thank you for your time." The following week, the counselor emailed me back and responded only with, "my pleasure, see you guys soon." Nothing else in my email was addressed--even the entire point of it (we will not be returning) was ignored

I have been going to Arrow Counseling to see Emma Pyle for a little over a year now and I have absolutely loved my experience with them! This was my first time ever seeing a counselor so I didn’t know what to expect, but everybody there is always friendly, helpful, and extremely professional and I’d recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat! Emma has really helped me get through some very dark times and helped me take control of my life again, and I’m happy to say that I have since “graduated” and will no longer need to see her. I’m unbelievably thankful for everything Emma and Arrow

I had my first appointment with Gretchen today. She made me feel at ease (as much as possible). I didn't feel judged and she listened. We didn't go too deep considering it was my first time but I definitely got the sense that she cares and is there to hdlp. Not just go through the motions.

The owner seemed to have our best interest at hand when we met with her as a f smily during the intake. However, she set us up with a "new" counselor who was very judgemental and one sided. It was the most unprofessional experience. We decided not to return after 2 sessions.

The counselors here, that I have spoken with, have been wonderful. They have been able to help me through my difficult seasons and I am so grateful for their grace and wisdom. 💙

I'm surprised at the low ratings given to Arrow since I've worked with several places in the York area in my lifetime, and this has been by far the best overall experience.
I like entering in a "home" atmosphere instead of the sterile office or clinic feeling of other places.
Privacy is very important so they do not have long lines when checking in. It is in a private one on one room, and I'm always greeted by name, a smile, and some chit chat instead of the typical get in & get out of line feeling of EVERY office I've ever been to.
I never see a bunch of people walking around looking busy,

This place is awful they might be nice at first but then they pretty much say we can’t help you .... “take a few days to decide what you want to do then call me back “ .... what kind of approach to counseling is that ? Don’t waste your time or money here ...

Posting for someone else. I can’t say I have heard of any worse customer service then what this place has to offer. After someone being diagnosed, and needing medication, Angela Davis was completely unwilling to send it to the family doctor in which they were referred by. Constantly lying and saying they were trying to reach the family doctor, when in fact she never did. Even admitting that they asked her to fax it, but Angela insisted that it must be picked up by the patient and for a fee at that! You don’t pay to go to the doctor, plus a copay, then pay another fee to get your diagnosis!
