I'm giving 2 stars because they acknowledged me. I went in with a HDS 10k gold tennis bracelet and wanted to sell. I have never sold gold before so i was really hoping not to get shorted. I did some research before going in, ask many people of what to expect. The lady took the bracelet and went to another room, didn't tell me much at all then came back and said. We can do $225, i asked the weight she told me 19 grams... i just walked out. I went to another place, they broke it down for me even mentioned the little diamonds had on it, made me feel at ease with selling my gold with them. And they

Can not express how greatful and happy I am with the results of my mother ring I had him fix and replace diamonds. Completed same day, totally worth the price. The gentleman were very helpful and so nice! I will never go anywhere else. If your looking for beautiful jewelry or need something repaired, you should definitely stop in and check them out!

I accidentally bent the back of my watch trying to put the back on after I replaced the battery. I went in and asked if they could get it back on. They did some magic and got it back on. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Awesome. I'll be back to let them do the battery change for me next time.

I had several pieces of jewelry fixed on a number of occasions only having to go back at Ingram mall ! After being fed up I went to Michel and received excellent service and craftsmanship on my navy cross! They were very professional and ethical! I saw an eagle there and shopped around and ended back at Michel ! Everyone at my work asked me where I shop for gold and or get gold repaired! I will always recommend Michel ! Expect more business from me !

They repaired and cleaned my wife's engagement ring back to better than when I first bought it.

I highly recommend Michel's Jewelry for your jewelry repair needs. I dropped off my engagement ring and wedding band that needed repair and the job was complete within a couple hours. I'm very pleased with his work as my rings look like new! Also, the pricing was very reasonable. I will be returning to this store for any other jewelry repairs.

Went in to get an engagement ring resized, and the man working was incredibly helpful and honest. Advised us to wait until the bride-to-be was with us so we could get it sized exactly. Ended up being great advice because the ring fit perfectly. Will definitely go back for any jewelry needs in the future.

The jeweler is very experienced. Reasonable price and completed my ring re size within and hour or so. Very happy with it too!! Very professional services offered here. Definitely recommend.

We have been here many times to get watch batteries changed, rings sized, and to have jewelry cleaned up and polished. Every time we come here they are very helpful, very quick, and do great quality work! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We used to go to another jeweler to have things done and there always seemed to be problems, but this place always takes great care of us!

I brought my watch there to replace the battery. They did it there right at the spot fast in less than 10 minutes. I am very happy with their service. They even cleaned my diamond ring for free

My wife took 3 watches to him to get the batteries replaced. The watches stopped working within 30 minutes after he replaced the battery. Took them back, he blew air into the watches, worked for 30 minutes and stopped. He wanted to replace the movement on one of the watches for $150.00. We said no.

We took the watches to a shop in Ingram Park Mall, replaced the batteries for less and they are still working 2 days later. Avoid this shop for watch repair. We asked him for our money back and he refused.
