There is garbage constantly everywhere, rats running all over the place… Not to mention be careful if your tabs expired because you will get a notice on your car that doesn’t quite come off that says they will have your car in pounded in two days if you do not get your tabs. I’m very displeased with this apartment complex.You would think in a time like this that your own housing complex will look out for you , but in fact it’s the opposite if you live here. I’ve seen vandalisms, fires... you name it , has and does happen in Riverstone Apartments.

This complex should be called Ratstone Apartments. Managment does not care about the tenants. The maintenance person laughed at my daughter for complaining about rats & the smell of decomposing rats. They currently have a problem with the smell of dead rats inside the apartments however they will not do anything about the situation. The have had the problem for over four (4) days without the management doing anything. They told my daughter she had to continue living with the smell until Thursday. This is in direct violation of Chapter 59.18.100 of the Landlord Tenant Act.
