Our community is a smoke-free community and includes a laundry room on each floor, community room, social service office, exterior landscaped patio area with raised garden beds, passive seating area, and exterior exercise paths. Do you accept Section 8 vouchers? Yes, We accept Section Vouchers from the Los Angeles County Development Authority. Recipients outside of LACDA jurisdiction must port their vouchers in to apply it to our community. What if I have a criminal record?
