Dr. Charlene Robinson, chief financial officer of Metro Community Healthcare (MCH), is a family medicine and primary care physician (PCP) who treats patients 16 years of age and older. Dr. Robinson provides comprehensive care, assessing, monitoring, and treating all systems to ensure proper functioning.
Metro Community Healthcare offers remote / distance visits to diagnose and treat patients online through Secure Telehealth. Secure Telehealth is a secure app that enables you to take control of your health by giving you instant access to your health records and allowing you to manage your important health information.

Great telehealth appointment with Annie Freckleton, NP, she had a great demeanor and was very personable and explanatory. Prior to the appointment, the staff was extremely nice from the first phone call and the follow-up text messages were timely reminders that keep me abreast of my appointment. I would have no qualms in recommending Metro Community Health to friendly and friends.

My experience at this Metro Has been amazing. I love Dr Annie. She really listens to me, she make sure to come up the best solutions, and make sure I’m ok with everything before I leave the office.
The staff always greets me (nurses, receptionist) are very nice also. I’m so happy I found this medical facility. Couldn’t ask for a better one, or doctor.

My experience at this medical facility has been wonderful! Dr. Annie Howell is such an amazing and caring doctor. She stands by their vision and mission statements, which is to see healthy patients and a healthy community by providing their patients with the best care needed. Also, the staff is very warm and friendly. Because of Dr. Annie and the staff, I am a happier and healthier person!

Not sure how these 5 star reviews are happening; my experience has been awful. Receptionist is always super confused and inefficient, prescriptions don't get called in, phone calls don't get returned in a timely fashion (or at all), emails are never answered, and the entire staff is unprofessional and disorganized.
