I would NOT suggest renting from the Heins Agency.
We rented a small 1 bdrm apartment from them for 3 years and not once were we late on rent and we always kept the apartment clean because they like to make surprise visit (which is illegal without a 24 Hour notice according to their lease) and we followed all the rules in the 15page lease as well as we could. First of all, before even moving in we had problem with the Heins Agency. We moved into our apartment 10 after the day we were supposed to because they needed the time to clean the apartment after the other tenants. As with most leases
