The Southern Illinois Law Center, LLC was founded by Attorneys John Clemons, Michael Burke, and another attorney in 2006. Prior to that, Attorney Clemons operated a successive series of law firm partnerships from the same location in Carbondale at 813 W. Main beginning in 1985. Jonathan Kibler represented my daughter in a very sensitive matter, and did an amazing job. He made sure to explain the process to myself and my child and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable, both while being interviewed in his office and while attending court. He always made time to answer our questions and did everything he could to help us. The staff and other attorneys I interacted with were also very helpful and professional, even though they were clearly very busy. I highly recommend this firm!

The worst experience we have ever had! The interaction with attorney Jonathan Kibler was surreal. He expects his potential clients to know he's calling and pick up even without giving out his number or leaving a voicemail. Altough a few staff members were polite, one in particular lectured that when the attorney calls, you need to answer, save the contact, and it's your fault if you miss the call because the attorney doesn't have time for voicemails. After the scolding she apparently told the attorney WE were rude because the attorney, himself, made an exeception and left a voicemail lecturing

I went through a living hell for over two years of my life. Charles and Mike were able to see me through a very dark time and get me out the other side with my freedom. When you have virtually everything taken from you and are against the legal might of a states attorney for something you did not commit, you want these folks on your side. They made a dozen trips to a remote jurisdiction because of the severity of this case. The believed in me and I in them and we were able to prevail. I think that says about everything. I owe them an eternal debt of gratitude.

Going into a divorce I was told this was a great law firm to have your back. I went through a divorce. My deadlines were always late. The judge gave me repercussions because of said tardiness. I told my attorney I lost my job. Wouldnt be able to pay anymore and if you wanted to withdrawal do so. He stayed on the case. I sent many emails, pictures, and documents that they are withholding. I never even received a verdict on my divorce. Nor was I contacted. I, to this day, have not received any documents. At first my attorney said he was satisfied with all amounts paid but, since I was not satisfied
