We are available! We want to update the Full Circle community and those seeking services about our operations in the face of the ongoing pandemic. We are currently accepting new clients and doing our best to utilize teletherapy options to provide services. Services
Our therapists have partnered successfully with individuals recovering with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, anger management challenges, substance abuse/addiction, bipolar, psychosis and schizophrenia, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, adjustment disorder, self-harm, chronic suicidality, and other symptoms of emotion suffering.
Founder of Full Circle, Matt works with adults & adolescents, including but not limited to those on the Autism Spectrum. Founder of Full Circle, Sharon works with adults as well as couples utilizing the Gottman Method. Lily works with adults and couples, using an integrative, eclectic approach, often including Imago therapy in her work with couples.
At Full Circle Community Wellness, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion. More specifically, we believe in the diversity of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, experiences, and the inclusion of people regardless of their race, color, sexual identity or orientation, language, national origin, socioeconomic status, religion or age.
Though building community is at our core, we also offer individual private psychotherapy sessions. Whether you're suffering from trauma, PTSD, a mood disorder or psychosis, research shows therapy is one of the best ways to treat mental health disorders. And for those without a mental illness, it's a great way to simply work through pressing life issues that may be causing some stress.
Full Circle believes healing can happen in many ways for many different kinds of people. While traditional "talk therapy" may be helpful for some, others may prefer groups or other healing modalities such as EMDR (a proven treatment for trauma) or hypnosis. Mindfulness has become a frequently referenced term in holistic health circles as the research associated with its effectiveness has grown in both range of applicability and quality.

There was a wonderful therapist there at one time a few years back. Since that time unfortunately he has moved on. From that one positive experience, I recommended Full Circle to my husband, 2 sisters, my daughter and one nephew over time. Not one of them EVER received a call back from any staff at Full Circle!!
