My 4 year old was very nervous as she hasn't been to a dentist in over a year. This was our first time to this dentist. We had a 1pm appointment and unfortunately had to wait an hour to be seen as they were busy(clearly not their fault with timing though if earlier patients need dental work. Yes there was a Karen constantly complaining and being rude to staff about how long her kids had been"back there", maybe if you made them brush their teeth properly and/or attended dentist before they wouldn't be having multiple cavities filled & we'd have been seen on time Lady) Every staff member was pleasant
