It's never too early to get your child started on the path toward a lifetime of good oral health, and there are many services we provide to do exactly that. Monitoring your child's dental growth and development, and preventing and intercepting dental diseases along the way, is a primary focus of our practice.
All professionals at Si McAninch, DDS, PA maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in the medical field. Mac as he is known to patients received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Tulane University prior to attending Emory University, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Our experienced staff is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.
It includes descriptions of our office location, including a map and directions, hours, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance, and billing policies. If we understand each other, we can work together to send your child into adult life with a healthy mouth and a positive attitude towards dentistry.
Dr. Mac is amazing! My kids have been patients for 15 years and we ALL love him and the office. My little guy can be difficult in these types of situations, but Dr. Mac is a pro and puts us all at ease. Always a great experience! It means so much to me to have a dentist for my children who is so wonderful with them.

Dr. Mac is wonderful and his assistant in the back is sweet but the ladies in the office upfront are extremely rude and make the atmosphere uncomfortable enough that I actually went outside to sit in my car. When I came in without a mask on she immediately jumped on me in the rudest tone of voice glaring at me and actually made rude comments about it. I was absolutely fine with putting on a mask I just was very shocked how rude and abrasive they all were Funny though the teenagers that walk-through and everyone else were free not to wear a mask if they didn’t want to. I am so grateful for the experiences I’ve had at Dr. Mac’s office! I was a patient of his growing up, and now my children are patients too. Due to the circumstances surrounding Covid, my 6 year old son has developed severe anxiety with any and all appointments. The entire staff, and of course Dr. Mac went above and beyond making sure my son (and this nervous mom too!) felt comfortable as he needed 2 teeth extracted. They were able to get us in quickly to be seen. They took their time answering any and all questions, and Dr. Mac even called that evening to check in on my son after his appointment

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Dr. McAninch and all of his team members! Our family recently had an emergency that required his immediate attention. After initially speaking with him, he directed us on how to handle the situation at hand correctly. He and his office followed up very soon after and every day after as this was a situation that needed to be monitored closely. Dr Mac is the absolute best pediatric dentist. I cannot recommend him enough. I Went to him when I was a child and my son loves him too. My son is 5 and said he wants to go back to the dentist, what child wants that? Lol. That’s how you know people know how to treat children. Also, the entire office staff is some the nicest people you’ll meet and when you’re a mom with kids and you’re having a tough time a group of nice people is just what you need.

I would like to say how thankful I am to Dr. Mac and his staff for the care they gave to my grandson. The Dr. was quick to call in a antibiotic for him and to make an appointment as soon as my grandson was able to have the tooth removed. Dr. Mac and his team are simply the best! Even if my kids feel a little nervous when they walk in, they are quickly set at ease and are all smiles when they walk out. I feel they have very deceptive business practices. Their bedside manner was very good however the business side of it was not. While making the appointment they ask about our insurance. We inform them of our insurance carrier and our policy they notated everything and schedule the appointment. After an initial exam and x-rays with my two children I was left owing $240. I even asked initially upon arriving the cost and they did not give it to me until after the appointment. I paid unknowingly that it should have been zero under my plan.
