John performed the home inspection, and proudly stated that he keeps in contact with all his previous customers regarding their questions. I needed simple paperwork signed after the inspection, and he could not be bothered to contact me back. I attempted to email, call, text, and leave voicemails, but he did not respond. Save yourself the trouble and go with an inspector that will communicate and respect your time. Extremely unprofessional.

However, he was very hard to reach and he brushed off my concerns. John is so professional and ethical. He is amazing and very through with inspecting your property. We’ve utilized his services twice and I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in having a honest inspection completed by a gray inspector with a vast knowledge of experience in real estate, building, and inspecting homes. Not only is he a realtor he’s a builder and an inspector. I definitely will be utilizing his services in the future and recommend him to all my family, friends, & associates.
