I believe your Atlanta home is a very complicated structure that can present problems in many different areas. I provide Atlanta residents with services to keep you informed of the most important areas of your home. Below is a list of all the services I perform and a brief explanation of why they are important.
The next step will be taking a look at the exterior of the property. Next is the interior of your home. I will usually start at the highest level and work my way down, so the attic will be our first stop in most cases. The attic is very important because we can see the framing structure, insulation, signs of rodents, possible HVAC unit, ventilation.etc.
Whether you are purchasing a new home or pre-owned home, an inspection tells you the condition of the property. This way, you will have no surprises after you close on the home. If you purchased a new home and it still has a warranty from the builder, it's a good idea to have a 1 year warranty inspection before it expires.
I pride myself on providing reports that are easy to understand. You will not be overwhelmed with pointless information. Just factual reporting about the property and its condition and clear color photos to clarify your understanding. It's all organized in an easy to follow format. I'm always available to answer your questions after the report is complete.

Matt was phenomenal. He is the real deal because he has actually built homes so he can spot many things that a typical inspector misses. He has inspected two of my homes in the last two years. Matt is on time and calls ahead to let you know if he will be late. He is very personable and has a lot of knowledge about construction. He recently helped me figure out roof issues on a screened porch I’d had added to the house. Matt’s reports are very detailed and professionally done. Matthew is such a pleasant person to work with. He is knowledgeable in way more than his qualifications imply, and stops at nothing to go 'the extra mile' for you and any questions you might have. I had a home inspection done for a property I am purchasing, and his home inspection report was thorough and detailed--giving us a better idea of any and all things that need to be done to the house.
