Russell is very thorough with his inspections, this is the second property he has inspected for me, each time he has found issues and explained to me what the issues were and what needed to be done to repair these issues. He takes his time to examine the inside, outside and roof. I know when he completes a inspection, I can be assured its done professionally and I have a peace of mind the property I'm purchasing is in good shape. If you are needing a home inspection look no further than Platinum Plus. I put a contract on a house and was referred by my agent to them. They had two inspectors out within 2 days of my call and delivered the full inspection report to me that night. It was such a relief to know that I had plenty of time still in due diligence to review everything. The report was digital and very well organized. It was thorough with great pictures and explanations. In addition to the great job they are all just the nicest people and give the best customer service.
