Mike Aguilar has been coaching individuals in the areas of weight loss, physique, diet-related disease and exercise performance for over a decade. He is one of the only American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainers who also possess the gold-standard Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RD/RDN) license from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) with special certificate in Obesity management for adults.

Michael's knowledge and instinctual style of teaching and encouragement put him on a higher level than most personal trainers. He is capable of teaching beyond the physical enhancement of each muscle. He understands how each part of the body interconnects and can affect every other part and he can convey that knowledge.

Mike is phenomenal. I've been working out with trainers for two decades and met Mike 3 months ago. I can honestly say he's as fine a trainer as I've ever used. He's incredibly knowledgable, freakishly nice, and full of good ideas. He combines a deep knowledge of nutrition (degrees in the field) with an incredible attentiveness to the individual requirements of his client to offer a remarkably wholistic and personalized approach to training. I have been particularly impressed with his ability to transition to a Covid19 world. We do Skype sessions where I'm in a studio apartment with almost no equipment
