Are you recovering from a recent injury and/or surgery? Are you affected by a more long-term condition? Once your physical therapy sessions are complete, it's important to begin a fitness program to maintain your progress and aid in the healing process. Patients are frequently discharged from therapy before they're fully ready to assume continued recovery on their own.

Rebound Fitness specializes in medical exercise and post-rehab training to help you rebound from your injury safely and quickly while under the supervision of an experienced, certified therapeutic specialist and personal fitness trainer.

Your heart is the most important muscle in your body; think of it as the motor that keeps you running. Just like your car, maintenance of the motor is primary to keeping your body running as efficiently as possible. The stronger your heart is, the easier you will breathe, the more stamina you will have, and you'll move with less effort.
Does your job rely on your ability to lift, carry, bend, place or walk? Do you participate in sporting activities? Do you enjoy activities that are dynamic and fast-paced? Targeted strengthening and exercises that focus on balance and stability can help you feel more comfortable and capable.
For over twenty years, Matt Miller has worked to provide fitness programming and recreational opportunities to those who have chronic disabilities or recent injuries.

As a certified therapeutic recreation specialist since 1999, Matt has helped clients and program participants relearn skills or ways to compensate for lost abilities due to chronic or long term disabling conditions as well as regaining functioning lost after a recent injury or surgery.Matt is also a certified personal fitness trainer and as the owner and founder of Rebound Fitness, he specializes in post-therapy training and medical exercise.

I have personally trained with Matt of Rebound Fitness for balance issues. Matt is a great trainer and is very knowledgable. He is able to make accomadations for individual limitations and tailors his plans to the client. I highly recommend him for rehabilitation and medical excercise.

Our firm represents many injured clients who are released from care by their providers after reaching 'maximum medical cure.' However, this does not always mean their treatment and therapy should end. Matt works with individuals with specific aftercare concerns to create safe, fun, and effective workouts based on their personal goals and current limitations.
