Our photographic style strikes a balance between capturing timeless portraits & candid moments. We aim to tell your story with our photos- from the tiniest details, to the most incredible, life-changing moments. Our goal is to get you comfortable in front of the camera while still capturing you in an artistic and creative way.
We don't have the word design in our name for nothing! From the start, we ask about your colors, your vision, your inspiration, the reasons you chose your venue- all so we can tailor our work to match. Our goal is to design and craft a cohesive look to your album through our compositions, props, and image styling.
All weddings and elopements include a gallery of edited, high resolution images with unlimited personal use rights delivered via online gallery. Price does not include any travel, permit, entrance or parking fees that may apply to your wedding location. Albums/prints are not provided but are available for an additional fee.
How long have you been photographers? Marisa has a bachelors degree in Fine Art and Tim has a bachelors degree in Business. We both started photography when we were young and have been snapping away ever since! Much more about us here! Why do you have "design" in your business name? We offer graphic design (invites, logos, monograms!) but as photographers we are also designing a cohesive look to your photos through our props and details styling.
One thing I learned from my wedding was how important your photographer is in more ways than you might realize right now: they need to be incredibly talented, trustworthy, versatile, and a good value, of course. But they also need to be kind, empathetic, patient, and adaptable! Your wedding can be one of the best days of your life, but no matter what you do in your planning, it can also be a day full of stress.

Marisa and Tim are awesome HUMANS! On top of being awesome humans, they are also amazing photographers. I love to support family businesses and we were lucky enough to win an engagement shoot with them last March (this review is waaaaay past due!) From the moment we got to San Juan Capistrano Mission, LATE because I misread, they were quick to get us as much time as possible in the notable spots on the property. Marisa and Tim were so awesome to work with! We originally reached out to them because of their eye for colors that pop and the way they would candidly capture people's love. The fact that they are a duo made them even better! After many ups and downs with the abrupt cancellation our old venue, Marisa and Tim were always there to support us and keep our hopes up. Marisa and Tim were such a delight to work with! Even though my fiancé and I are a little camera shy, they made us feel so at east and we ended up having tons of fun taking our engagement photos. Everything was so casual and fun. They knew just how to pose us to make us look our best, and made us laugh plenty which ended up with tons of amazing candid shots. We were going to do their 1 hour package but ended up doing the 2 hours, and I'm so glad we did, as it gave us plenty of time to get comfortable and take amazing shots. Marisa and Tim are SO much fun that I left our shoot thinking we just spent an afternoon hanging out with our friends - seriously!
My partner and I had a photoshoot in Joshua Tree with them and not only the photos are gorgeous, but we had so much fun together. Marisa and Tim are so funny, easygoing and passionate about photography. They had so many ideas for our photos so we just followed whatever they told us and we loved that! It also helped our shoot to go super smooth.
Also, Marisa and Tim sent us a Christmas card last year before our shoot, and a lovely card with a gift after our shoot.

Marisa and her husband were so helpful throughout our whole wedding process! I had no idea what I was doing when it came to weddings and they really helped me through everything. They came to our dog's 10th Birthday party. Not as special as a wedding but for us, it was a great opportunity to bring good friends together for a group walk.
