Our story begins with a very dedicated and loving family, who has always had a passion for great Italian food. We started serving pizza in 1989 in Greenwich Village, New York. After being in business for over twenty years, we decided to move closer to our home town in Rockland County at 25 Spring Valley Market Place, Spring Valley NY.

Services
The pizza here is very good. We went to eat on two separate occasions after visiting another store in this mall and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. On both occasions, the service was great. After ordering the pizza, it was brought to our table. I had the veggie slice on our first visit and the Nonna slice on the second visit.

I celebrated my nomination last night in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we had a fine evening and the venue was absolutely the reason for this successful meeting. The crew participated in a graceful way, the meals were delicious and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Ignore any reviews you see that don't pertain to the food. This is where you need to go for your lunch. Period. Family owned and run shop that has been run by the same dedicated chef for what i assume is decades. 11/10 would recommend the steak and cheese. i would have shared a photo but i didn't want to share it.

I ordered a cold Italian hero with toasted bread, waitress brought order and bread was cold and clearly not toasted. I asked her to pease have the bread toasted and she insisted it was. I showed her the cold bread and she wanted to argue with me. I came for a nice hero sandwich not a debate with a waitress.
The sandwich and counter staff were great, the attitude of the waitress was a deal breaker, I will go where wait people appreciate my business.

My mom and I drove all the way from the UFO festival in Pine Bush to go to Costco, and stumbled upon Deliziosa while wandering the neighborhood looking for lunch.
Place is huge, clean and friendly...not at all what it looks like from the parking lot. The super sweet older man making the pizza was hard at work and I started talking to him and asking how on earth he makes the dough actually do what he wants it to. I always try and it ends up bouncing back to the original shape. He gave me tips and tricks and tonight I bought some dough from my local shop and for the first time ever I made TWO successful

My son love their penne vodka pizza, we go their at least once a month. Recommend the owner should put a price tag for single slice somewhere. Because the menu can only find the price for a whole pie, not a single slice. And be aware they will charge you extra, because last time we ordered 4 slices of pizza and 2 garlic knots, for 5 ppl (because one of the person cannot eat cheese), but when we go pay after we finished eating, they charged me 5 slices of pizza and 2 garlic knots. Lucky we were the first customer (only customer), so they can "count" how many slices of pizza they are "missing" on

Great pizza and super friendly service! I'm an out of towner traveling through for work and was unfamiliar with some of the things on the menu so I had lots of questions. They didnt mind at all. In fact once I decided on a pie I left it in their hands. I'm glad I did as this is easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere.

The staff is so incredibly nice. They great you like a long lost relative. We stop here on our way upstate from Long Island, where we have lots of pizza to choose from, so we know when its good. We have never been disappointed with their selection and quality. The owner has often made some great suggestions for us to try, like the stuffed spinach slice with buffalo sauce added in, my husband's new favorite. The recent addition of sandwiches, with homemade bread are awesome, but I should keep that to myself since now they will sell out by the time we get there!

I'm from Queens and after moving to RC, I've been in search of a pizzeria that serves it like they do in NYC. I've passed by this pizzeria for 3 years on my way to Target and finally looked at their menu one day. They have personal pies 8 small slices for $10. Got one, ate it with my family and it was just delicious!!
1. Their crust is doughy, soft, and chewy (not the kind that makes your jaws numb from eating)
2. The sauce is just right and does not overpower it taste acidic.
3. Beautiful slices every time!
The owner and employees are friendly and if I have my kid in the car

I've only ever had the Chicken Caesar pizza here, so can only judge the food based on it.
Have to say they have pleasant and helpful people working here. Especially a young lady that was there the Sunday afternoon this was written.
The Chicken Caesar - it definitely validates the name same of this establishment. The pizza is DELIZIOSA for sure. The grilled chicken's great taste and the crunch factor of the crust + lettuce makes my mouth very happy. The caesar-ness adds a great back of the palate finish (Pizza is like my wine... don't judge me ).

I placed a simple call over the phone for a pick up. "Chicken Parmesan over linguine". The call taker stated, "no problem anything you want. Went to pick up the food, then was told, "sorry we don't have linguine". Never even offered me anything else. I Left starving.. :(
