Services
My family and I came for the first time this past weekend and heartily give it 6 thumbs up (out of 6!). We had the chicken korma, tandoori mixed grill, palak (saag) paneer, and house merlot. The entrees, appetizers (samosa), and breads were excellent - the food was delicious and expertly prepared, the wine complemented the dishes very well, the presentation was elegant, and the service was outstanding.
This is a common misconception. It is not at all like the burning sensation you get from eating foods made with plenty of chilis or hot sauces. When it comes to Indian food, spices and herbs such as turmeric, cardamom, cloves, garlic, cinnamon, cilantro, and saffron are commonly used. These spices are mainly aromatic in nature, with full flavor as its end.

First time ordering to this place and Last one too.....OMG ...for starting. ....I love Indian food, and unfortunately today my favorite restaurant was closed so I decided to give a try to this one... what a mistake..... Server who took my order very rude, I never had to get upset just for placing a food order with someone, but this guy was really Not a professional.... besides poor customer service, food, tiny portion for the price I ordered a goat dish and I specifically told to this gentleman, I know the goat has some bones, please make sure I also get some meat , guess what...I opened the container

If I could give it less than one star I would. They had a coupon that they won't honor even though there was nothing in it that stated it wasn't for dinner. We spoke with both the waiter and the supposed manager about this. We decided to stay anyway, which was the biggest mistake. The waiter was annoying and kept telling us we could use the other coupon. We weren't going to spent over $50 and we told him that. The servicing size of the two "family-sized" meals was less food than you normally get with a regular meal at any other restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

We got several curries and they were all delicious. The lamb was perfectly cooked and very tender. They included two types of rice with our order, which was nice, both flavorful. I would not order the mixed grill again, it was just ok. They included honey-soaked dessert balls with our takeout order, which was pretty large, and that was a nice surprise. Overall a high quality Indian food especially in an area with not a lot of options.

Our "first date" location 4-1/2 years ago. And we ended up here by accident, as the place we were planning to go to was closed at that time.
We were so happy to have stumbled upon Bombay Grille; we love this place. Amazing food at incredibly reasonable prices!
We continue to come here as our "happy place" for date nights, birthdays, or just spontaneously.
(And being a vegan, I am SO appreciative that every vegetarian and vegan dish is labeled as such! Major bonus points for this!)

Quality Indian food at a good price. I order out frequently, and the food is always consistent, delicious, and nice and hot to order. Great dishes, fantastic naan, and exceptional service. Recently stopped in for lunch at this place and everything was great. They had lunch special pricing which was very reasonable for the quality of food being provided. Love the Tiki Marsala! The service was fast and the waiter was also very attentive. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants delicious Indian food.

Love this place, I come here every so often with my vegan fiance. Staff is always super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This place is great if you are vegan or have a vegan friend/significant other. Of course, the food is always amazing and tastes super fresh. You can tell the chefs put care into preparing every dish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking of getting some Indian food.

Came here for the second time with my family. The owner Uday is a very friendly and attentive owner. Came over to my table to greet me and recommended some great items that he thought we would like. The servers were very attentive and had great customer service skills. The prices were fair. This place is by far one of the best Indian restaurants that I ate at. I believe the food being halal as well has a lot to do with it. The food is always served fresh and plentiful. Overall it was a great experience.

Do your tastebuds a favor and treat them to the delectable food served up at this restaurant! We stayed the night in the area and found this gem of a restaurant. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options including gluten-free naan!! We ordered the tandoori chicken, tandoori vegetables, garlic naan & garlic chili naan and it was all outstanding! The staff is super friendly and provided excellent service. They were kind enough to surprise us with complimentary dessert. If we are ever back in the area, we'll make sure to stop by!

Food: they provide papadums with chutneys which were good! We ordered the chicken tikka samosa which was delicious! The chicken was very good! The paneer tikka sizzler plate was very good but not that flavorful. I had it with some of the chutneys and that made it taste good! The show stopper was the mail kofta - so good and so flavorful (but portion size is def on the smaller size). The goat curry was good but a little chewy! The garlic chili naan and the onion kulcha were solid!

We found this restaurant during Covid. If you love the extinguish authentic taste of Indian food try this restaurant. I particularly love their gluten-free delight Nan and the appetizer platter. So far we only ordered and I guess one day we will check it out by dining in. Last but not least their lamb lollipops are deliciously mouth, watering well-seasoned and very tender. Try Bombay grill you will be glad you did.

It says very clearly '2 meats' and we thought we could choose which meats we wanted. We were really disappointed when we were told we could only have one meat and that the meat for the day was chicken tikka masala. It was tasty but we were put off by the false advertising.
What we got was more like a lunch plate rather than a thali. Bombay Grill needs to live up to what it advertises

For the last 3 years, we have gone to this yummy spot for some time prior to the pandemic. This is the one Indian spot that has been reliable enough to go to, especially if you're from the 5 boroughs and are not sure where to go for brown food if you're visiting around Rockland. After tonight's dinner, we were asked to humbly write a review after our visit.
The food is phenomenal to say the least, it's one of the top spots to go to especially if you're not going to Queens to get some grub. We had a party of 7 people tonight when we went to Bombay grill, and we enjoyed

This review is based on the takeout order I placed through grub hub. Their lunch special was amazing. I had the butter chicken and it came with rice, daal and a choice of breads. Bomb deal for a really affordable price. The food was ready for pickup on time and was packaged well. The portion was really great. The restaurant looked nice on the inside as well.

Hey hey hey! I'm back and following up on these reviews. Seems another guy came to eat and had a "coupon". He had some "problems". Well, I was blame for running on a bill. Well I only did not pay the full 22% tip but I did pay the bill. Don't make it sound like I was a thief. I only short the guy another $2 tip that he was asking for. Geez, you guys are realize desperate but if you don't want to lower your prices for these customers with Groupons, then don't sign up for these services!! Yeah food is good but even with the discount, the food paid
