It was a very comfortable experience, very friendly, and secure. I set an appointment based on my schedule and we quicky came to an agreement that was fair and appropriate. I was satisfied and on my way home in 10 minutes. I couldn't have expected anything more. Well maybe free coffee. It was kinda early.

I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars. I had a great experience with Erik. I called and booked an appointment with him and showed up to go over the jewelry I was bringing in. Erik was very professional, very informative, and very helpful. The process was quick and simple. I had some old jewelry from my great grandparents and took it to Erik to see what the value was worth and ended up getting a little more than I expected. I will be definitely recommending this place to any friends and family if they have any jewelry they would like to get some money for.

I’ll add another 5 star review here to the many already posted. I got a same day appointment to bring in the scrap jewelry left to me by my great aunt. Eric quickly sorted through everything, tested the older pieces that weren’t marked, and offered me a check that was much more than I was hoping for. I’ll be a repeat client.

We just had the most pleasant experience with selling some jewelry at Southwest Jewelry Buyers. Eric was extremely efficient and professional, examined our pieces, explained the valuation process, and then did the valuation in our presence. We had one piece he did not want, and he told us that right up front, and made suggestions for other methods of finding a suitable buyer for that one piece. The prices he offered were extremely fair, and we were pleased with the entire transaction. The next time we have jewelry, coins or any precious metal we want to sell, we will absolutely go back to Southwest

Unfortunately, my experience with Eric was not fruitful. I brought designer jewelry, watch, sterling and gold. In each case, his offer was substantially lower than the other places I visited and sold things at the same day. In the case of a Cartier watch, he offered me 1/2 of what Oliver Smith Jewelers in Scottsdale , a licensed Cartier Dealer,bought it for. He offered 1/3 for my sterling flatware of what The Estate Watch and Jewelry Company in Scottsdale paid for it. Eric commented that some of my jewelry was by an unrecognizable designer and unsaleable. The other two jewelers offered top dollar

I read the views and was skeptical (I am originally from Brooklyn). But Eric (that's right you deal directly with him was the greatest guy to deal with - honest (what he said on the phone was what he did at his office) and efficient (the entire process took 15 mins and that's with several stories). I also like the fact that it was an office and not a store (I wasn't leaning on a glass cabinet with 20 people looking to buy things). Highly recommend and will be using Eric's services again.

I sold my gold ring here and it was a great experience! It was in-and-out, very quick and stress free... I was surprised! The price was good too, higher than other places that I got quotes from. I didn't try online gold buyers because I couldn't fell comfortable mailing my ring so I can't compare with them.

Great place if you want to sell your gold. When I went there I didn't know what to expect. Eric was very professional and takes his time explaining everything. I texted for an appointment in the morning, and in the afternoon brought in all my old tangled gold necklaces.shell of my wedding ring, another small ring and small hoop earring, within a few minutes, after verifying weight and karat, I received a fair payout from Eric. Back in 2008 when the financial crisis came I was forced to sell some jewelry including a nice diamond. I literally went to a half dozen different people. This guy was not only best bid he was best human. I went to see him today to sell a watch my mom had given my wife. I forgot he's just a smart, honest, guy who is great at what he does. I'm not sophisticated about how his business works, but I know he's fair and honest. I didn't feel that way about most of the others. I'm a businessman I am sophisticated about people.
