Highly recommend stopping by Seaboard Properties if you're looking to buy, or sell. The Seaboard team of agents are always welcoming, friendly and very accommodating when it comes to requesting showings, making offers and counter offers, etc. Our parameters were very narrow for what we were looking for and it a took a while to find the one, but the agents who helped us were very patient throughout the shopping process and did a great job sending listings our way if they thought there was potential for us to be interested.
