Pacific Properties is a family-owned business that has served Coos County for more than 20 years. We are lifelong residents of the Oregon Coast and are willing to share our knowledge in a professional and personal way. When Jerry first began the business, he had hopes of keeping it in the family and that's exactly what happened when Randy Hoffine married his daughter, Kelly. Since 2004, Randy has worked hard to modernize the office as well as continue Jerry's business traditions and philosophies. Both of these men have served as the Coos County Board of Realtors President and both have also been honored with the Realtor of the Year award.

Randy was my agent for 2 deals in Coos Bay. I was out of state for both, but Randy made it easy. I like Randy because he is honest and I can trust him to do the right thing.
