Pre-Qualification: Meet with a mortgage broker and find out how much you can afford to pay for a home. Pre-Approval: While knowing how much you can afford is the first step, sellers will be much more receptive to potential buyers who have been pre-approved.

My mom (who currently lives in Ohio) and I have been trying to contact these people for months. The house next door is for sale so we tried to jump on it and no one has responded. It’s very disappointing and discouraging when you want your family to move and be closer to you then no one answers. (Edit) changed my review from a one star to a four star. She later contacted me and apologized. However the house was already sold by the time she got back to me. None the less she has been very helpful after the fact. Will hopefully find something just as good, if not better soon.

We have now had Gina as both our buying and selling agent and she excelled in both! She was able to find us the house we wanted in a difficult market and years later was able to sell a house for us, landing us a fabulous deal. You can't go wrong with Gina! This review is for a real estate transaction. We worked with Misty Berry who was our rock since we started looking to buy in Bandon. Coming from San Francisco, its been an adjustment the difference in contracts and disclosures. Its not bad...just different and we just have to settle into the pace. We made 3 offers before ratifying our contract and are completely satisfied with our purchase and dont believe it would have happened without Misty!

Caution landlords. This PM was so focused on the real estate side that she (her staff) completely screwed up an unexpected issue that came up with one of our units. Upon notification of the issue the PM made every wrong move due to inexperience. Being out of state we relied on our PM to handle the situation to avoid liability. But all we got was daily miscommunication, poor decision making, poor attitude and unnecessary costs. Be really careful, check several references especially from landlords who experienced tough situations and received good problem solving in return. Another thing, read the

We gave Beach Loop Realty a chance to manage our properties. As experienced landlords with years of experience of managing properties in several cities and states, we were completely disappointed. One of our worst experiences! Staff demonstrated poor lack of communication, poor follow through and their contractors ripped us off! Beach Loop's inexperience in property management ended up costing us thousands of dollars.
