Pole and Aerial Fitness has specialized in dance and fitness instruction since 2010. We offer a wide variety of classes in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. Our group fitness classes and private lessons are for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Our programs are unique in that they are designed not only to develop strength and power in the body, but also to offer new creative outlets for self-expression and discovery.

The combination of stretches, strength training, dance movement and athleticism transform the body while providing a fun and playful experience. We are so excited that you are considering this journey with us. We have a warm and welcoming environment where you will be encouraged and supported by both instructors and students.
Services
We offer a variety of dance, pole, flexibility and aerial classes, totaling about 30 classes a week with expert instructors! We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes so people can train with others on their level. Please check our class schedule to see what we are offering at this time. If you can't find a group class that works with your schedule and level, you can call us to set up a private lesson.
Hanna began her pole journey in 2013 on a home pole watching YouTube videos to teach herself. A couple of years later, she became a student at Pole & Aerial Fitness of SWFL. Aurora's mission, through aerial fitness, is to help students find the ability to sweat while laughing, work hard while smiling, and find comfort in their bodies while learning to fly!
Pole Dance - Learn a mini routine comprised of grounded moves, spins, transitions, and/or floor work. We modify the moves based on each individual's ability. We allow decorations, so please let us know ahead of time that you would like to decorate. The studio is set up with 8 poles, so if you have a large party, the ladies will need to take turns.
If you don't want to pay online, or are having trouble with our registration system, please call us. Leave a message with your name, email address, phone number, and which class (day and time) you want to attend. We can reserve a spot for you, and you can pay when you arrive. If you can no longer make it to the class, please call back and let us know so we can open up the spot to someone else.
I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone and everyone! I came to the class on a whim, and fell in love with it immediately. I'm not one for exercise or for diets, so I was hoping this class would be a fun way to help me shed my leftover baby weight. In a matter of weeks I lost 20 lbs and quite a bit of flab!
