No Sweat was literally no sweat! For a few days our a/c didn't seem like it was cooling off adequately until one night it pretty much stopped working all together. They came right away and found a small leak in a hose and fixed it on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend these folks and No Sweat will be my go to a/c repair shop from now on!

Office staff was friendly and professional. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired my AC, and explained everything to me. Even though we didn't get to use them they were the first ones we called. They came right away, turned on our AC and we were able to come back home. Because we went with a loan fund program that had their own list of companies, we were not able to use them.

Called because our AC decided to die on us. Everyone on our neighborhood page recommended No Sweat, and since they are a local business it made me happy to support them.
Everyone was very helpful and expedient. I didn't have to swelter in this Florida heat for more than a day (someone came out and confirmed that in fact, my old AC was indeed, very dead and they replaced it within 24 hours).
Since they were so highly recommended by the neighbors, many of whom are good friends, I trusted No Sweat when they told me which unit would best fit our home.

Very professional and honest. I had them come out because I thought I had an issue with my ducts and vents. They were honest enough to tell me it is not my ac or ducts that are the issue, it's the insulation of my house and even increased the speed of my fan. Didn't charge me anything for coming out. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

No Sweat is THE BEST! I had an issue with my AC going out late on a mid/late August Sunday night. I know many people on the Conway Community Orlando Facebook page recommended them, so I called at 7:30 am Monday morning. They had a tech out to my house at 8:15. Ashley found the problem right away, and was very knowledgeable. About a week and a half… later, I got home, and my AC was running hot again. Just had No Sweat out to diagnose a problem with my AC that was not cooling. They gave me options for repair, partial replacement or total replacement. Went with total replacement due to the age of the unit and… the refrigerant used in my old unit which is being phased out. They gave me a great price on a new, more efficient unit. Install techs were courteous and did a great job and worked very clean inside and outside the house. They are also helping me apply for OUC rebates that will cover almost 10% of the cost of the new system.

I love you guys!! I had a problem with coil being frozen up and both Ashley yesterday and Nick today were so helpful and kind. As always, I know you guys are honest and do your best to give quality service at reasonable cost. Very disappointed in No Sweat. Have used them any time I have an ac concern and I will no longer be using their services. Called them on June 19 to schedule a routine maintenance on my AC, she scheduled me for Friday June 29th with the time frame of of 12-5, she mentioned they will call ahead. What she didn’t mention is that if you don’t answer… their call right away they will skip your house entirely. So on Friday at 12:43 I missed a call as I was putting my toddler down for a nap. I called the gentleman only 13 minutes later and he stated he was already on his way to another

My A/C died in the middle of the night. A co-worker recommended No Sweat. I called, and they got me an appointment pretty quickly. Todd was my technician. He called when he was 20 minutes out, which meant that I did not have to take the whole afternoon off from work. He arrived at my house. After getting stood up by a company we had used for several years, No Sweat AC was recommended by our realtor. We were desperate to have the AC serviced and even though he was swamped with work, Alan the owner agreed to make time for us. He did an excellent job. He found a split in the line which was allowing cooled air to mix with attic air which created moisture and mildew (not to mention a high electric bill). This was an issue that should have been caught by the company that installed and serviced the unit if they had been as attentive to their work. Will definitely use No Sweat anytime

This was my first time using this company and I must say, Alan the owner is very thorough and meticulous, which I really like in any professional trade. Just wished there were more tradesmen like him around. As a professional property manager for over 24 years, you can't afford not to be thorough when it comes to electrical, plumbing, roofing and especially AC if you want hassle free experience for many years to come.
