I have been here for nearly 9 years and I really didn't have any problems with the people living over top of me until now I've had more problems with the smell that comes from over top of my head all hours of the day and night I have directed my problems to the office they said they take care of it of course people hide things when you come to see so they don't understand that late at night I have to smell these things and I have problems with COPD and other health issues it seems that this problem is still going on I keep complaining but nothing is getting resolved I love living here but I just

Compared to a previous apartment complex in the area that I had dealt with a few years ago, Country Club is awesome! Apartments are spacious. We had the option to get an additional parking spot which was awesome, it comes at a small fee but definitely worth it if you have multiple people who drive in your apartment. My previous apartment complex had no assigned parking which was an awful set up. Stephanie in the leasing office is amazing. She made the process of switching over our lease SEAMLESS and answered all of my questions, which there were a ton of! She is always quick to get maintenance

No parking for guests, cars will be towed. And you have to pay for additional parking, one free parking space per apartment. No storage for seasonal things, if anything is stored outside you will be fine. Walls are paper thin, don’t have a night job, or small children who need to sleep you can hear the Neighbors like there in the same room.

No heat, old apartments, they take better care of the grounds than the apartments, if you like using a heater; come to country club, they rebricked the building that the management office is in and have not bothered to fix any other building, kamson should place a whole new management and maintenance staff. Their to comfortable because they've been getting away with this for too long. I absolutely so not recommend this place to anyone.

Your average apartment complex for middle-class folks living in central Jersey! I've lived in this complex for two years and am about to sign another lease. Like most apartments, this place has its positives and negatives, which is why my rating is right in the middle.
The application process is painless and the woman who helped us out was great. She made the process quick and easy and explained everything well for us!
