I have lived here 3 years and couldn’t’ be happier. The building is beautiful andwell maintained, the staff friendly and helpful. I looked at many rentals in the general area and no place could compare, nor any rental apartments anything like it. It is centrally located to all kinds of shopping.

For a little less than $2400 a month, you would expect tennant's to be given a little respect. That is not the case at Primrose Place. The lack of a property manager may be to blame but my guess is the problems run deeper. The units are now approaching 15 years old. The appliances are old, the HVAC system is noisy and inefficient, the place is dated with telephone jacks galore and a vintage, useless security system.
Overall, with the availability of over 400 new units in the area in the past few months, there are much better options.

The place looks nice, however, the smell of smoke is awful. The carpets are old and smell. One office personnel is not professional and is not knowledgeable about the rental laws.. In additon, kids cannot play without being harrassed by the seniors.I would not recommend moving here. This place is not for for you, if you want to raise children here. I would agree that this place is overpriced for what you are getting..
