Had to remove a star (hopefully temporarily), but there have been some recent problems. Repairs have slowed down considerably and this makes me nervous because the "building engineer" has admitted that nothing much is done in the summer. Location is terrific and building tenants are great, but it is a stretch to call it a "luxury rental". Appliances are very old and low end and do not even include a microwave (it is 2019). Probably not the building's fault, but Verizon FIOS connection is horrible. Some repainting in common areas has been very sloppy and gives the building

I really love Sea Verge apartments for so many reasons. First of all its RIGHT on the beach, how awsome is that? AND it has a pool. Its like living in a luxury resort. They also have a very liberal pet policy so you can have a dog when you live there as long as it meets the pet criteria. The apartments are great. This is not one of those brand new garden type apartments with cheap sheet rock everywhere. The walls are solid so you really don't hear your neighbors at all. The kitchens and bathrooms have been upgraded and look great. ANd most of the apartments have a terrace/balcony
