Beatriz Buendia followed the love of her life from her native Colombia, South America and settled in Rowell, Georgia as Mrs. De Irisarri. While still in Colombia, Beatriz combined her career as an architect with the creativeness of a jewelry artisan. Mrs. De Irisarri's jewelry mentor was Franciso Pineros, with the acclaimed "La Mana" workshop, where he designs and teaches ancestral jewelry techniques, emphasizing work done only by hand.
From creating the engagement ring of her dreams to restoring precious family heirlooms, we understand that jewelry is more than how beautiful you look when you wear it; it's about how you feel and what it means to you. You are not only excited by your purchase, you are also thrilled with your entire Queen for the Day Royal Treatment they just showered on you! We got my wife's engagement ring and wedding band here a little over 3 years ago. It was a custom design and we couldn't have been happier with the whole process! We met with the designer and our dedicated customer service associate went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Fast forward to today and we've been back every couple of weeks to get rings cleaned and checked. The last time I went to drop rings off for cleaning an attentive member of the staff noticed that some stones were beginning to get loose. They kept the rings for some maintenance and got them back to us

A lovely selection of jewelry available in store, as well as truly talented designers, and customer focused staff make this store really special! My wife Carol has been a customer for years and she would not trust design or care of her jewelry to anyone else! Again and ALWAYS -- proven true again this Christmas why 5 stars are well earned -- I'd give more if I could! My "Go to" place for special gifts, repairs & maintenance for over 10 years. They have created custom designs, invented solutions to tricky problems, placed special orders, and always have interesting inventory on hand. Jewelry Artisans creates and sells beautiful jewelry, but I advise against taking a watch to this business for repair. They do not perform watch repair on site and know very little about watch mechanics, which I discovered after a prolonged and frustrating repair process. In October, I took my husband's watch in for repair to the scratched lens. In November, they gave it back to me with a new lens, but it was filled with condensation, as it was apparently put back together incorrectly. We returned with the watch and were told repeatedly that "it shouldn't be filled with condensation

I came here last year looking for an engagement ring and as most guys are, I was lost. She took me in and explained each step of picking out the diamond, band, setting, and size. All laid out and took time to explain everything. I felt comfortable doing business here because she cared about my purchase and what it meant for me.
When my gf said yes, we eventually went back there to go get out wedding bands. I didn't even think about others jewelry places since I know Darci had our best interest and wanted to take care of us.

Well a very deserved update. When the owners of jewelry Artisans saw my distress one of the owners call immediately . They met net at the store and worked wit me.
Bottom line is, I am excited and anxious ly waiting for my lovely ruby slice and it's new plain but elegant new setting. Not flashy or old , just plain , modern sleek. I hope.

I recently got engaged, and I needed my ring to get resized. Since my e-ring is so important to me, I was very cautious on where I wanted to take my ring. I wanted my trip to the store, the sizing, and the actual sizing of the ring to go smoothly. I also wanted the resizing to be done in a timely manner.
