Easy read Reports with color images, summary on the 1st page, with hyperlinks for optimum information access. Reports are emailed within 24 hours of the home inspection. We can send out an on-site report upon request. All reports are archived for 7 years. Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell or taste radon, but it may be a problem in your home.

David and his associates at Kidston Home Inspections were extremely thorough, professional, and responsive. We utilized their services for a home inspection as part of a purchase, along with a sewer scope and radon test. They showed up on time and performed a complete inspection followed by a post briefing of the results all photo documented as well as a follow-up report.
