Family operated - DGB Property Inspections is not a national franchised business, but a native born, locally-owned company dedicated to providing High Quality inspection services to home owners and buyers. DGB Property Inspections has no ties with any other business and does not perform any repair work.
A question that we get asked often. Some people are very concerned, others are not or not informed. We can test a home and get high levels of radon and literally test the home next door with a very different result. The ONLY way to know if high levels of radon are present in a home is to perform a test.
Many new-home owners are now having their homes inspected one or two months prior to the expiration of their builders home warranty (usually 12 months). This type of inspection may identify conditions that will lead to future problems. In most cases the inspection will point out existing conditions or concerns that may be covered under the original builders warranty and will allow the owners to have these conditions repaired.
Town Homes are defined as having another residence adjacent on one or more sides. Most all Town Homes will be HOA maintained on the exterior of the residence to include - Roof, Grounds, Exterior Cladding - and as such these areas are not within the scope of the inspection unless otherwise noted within the report.

Bill & Bryan were recommended by my realtor and performed a new home inspection for me. They found a few items I would not have noticed on my own, being a first time home-buyer, and I was able to include those items on the punch list and have them addressed prior to closing.
They arrived early and completed a very thorough inspection. Bill and Bryan made sure I understood where to locate and maintain my home's air, heating, and water systems. At the end, they reviewed the comprehensive inspection report with me and made sure all my questions were answered.

Bill completed our home inspection for us and we could not be happier with his work. This is our first home purchase and we were nervous about every step in the process.
