I’ve had Quality Building Inspections do my past two home inspections before I closed on them. They have been nothing but professional and informative. I recently worked with the inspector Bronson, and he was incredibly helpful and educational. As a newer home buyer I feel like there are many things that I don’t know about homes and how to make sure they stay up to code and that they’re safe. Very thorough job by our 2 inspectors. They took the time to review the report with us immediately upon completion and were very willing to answer our questions. I felt they were very "picky" which is exactly what you want. The inspectors were very respectful, prompt and there was great communication from scheduling to appointment with the office. We received our final report electronically within a few hours of the completion of the inspection. The report was clear, easy to understand with appropriate photos. I would recommend and use again should I be in the need.
