Services
You can place your order by phone; our catering sales managers are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm at (212) 947-7780. You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery at no charge. Because your order is always Custom-prepared, cancellation within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, depending on the nature of the order.

So I decided to give Elite another shot. After our last rendezvous at our previous holiday party, I was skeptical of ever using them again.
So what happened? Well, our holiday party is being held at a restaurant this year (yay!) but we still needed a catered brunch-type order for a meeting within the office. So I went to Seamless, pulled up Elite's menu, and ordered a continental breakfast sampler for 6 people as well as 6 fresh-squeezed OJ's. What came was a platter that is barely going to feed 6 people and a bottle of Tropicana, rather than anything fresh-squeezed. Honestly

I contacted Bill Sharp at Elite Catering / Bagel and Dean Catering for a small private party for a client of mine.
To start Bill is impossible to get a hold of and very disorganized. It took dozens of phone calls and emails over 2 weeks to get a basic menu for a small kids party. It took even longer to get an estimate or a bill before the event. Once contracted Bill was unreachable and by then it was to late to find another vendor. The days before the event he was no where to be found.
The day of the event their chef was 2 hours late for the event, unorganized
