Executive Chef Elisabeth Weinberg began cooking with her mother and grandmother when she was a child, helping them prepare meals for large family gatherings. After graduating from Barnard College, Elisabeth decided to pursue her love of cooking professionally and established Miss Elisabeth's Catering in the Spring of 2003.
A native New Yorker and graduate of NYC's French Culinary Institute, Chef Elisabeth caters to a sophisticated and diverse palate. Her extensive repertoire includes modern and traditional French and Italian cuisine, including fresh homemade pasta dishes, Southern cooking and BBQ, Dim Sum.really, anything and everything!

I used Miss Elisabeth's Catering for my mom's 60th birthday recently. My friend who lives in NYC recommended her and said the food was fab but didn't know whether or not she would travel to Westchester...and the answer was YES! The food was gourmet but plentiful for our family and close friends who love to eat.
