Pool closed early due to not knowing how to properly mix chemicals.
Water shutoff multiple times.
Dogs in everyother apartment

True what many others have commented, calling the office means dealing with attitude if they let you through. Never forget the people you're working for.
Not enough parking...better get home before 6pm
No garages available, all used for storage
Rent goes up annually.

Lived here for a few years, only the second complex I've lived in, and we love it. There's always going to be the usual apartment issues, such as loud neighbors, poor parking, and rotating staff / management, but overall, it has been a great experience.
Rhonda was a great manager, not sure if she still works at the property, and anytime we had an issue, it was dealt with. The staff treated us like family, as did the maintenance prior to Alan leaving. I'm nor privy to all the inner workings of the management team, but I do wish Alan was still with Stoneplace as he always greeted us with a smile

The worst complex I’ve lived in.
Way too overpriced, poorly built, poorly managed, poor trash managements
Don’t waste your money and if you do don’t expect to see any of your deposits back

We will not be staying after our lease is up. Very disappointed in the customer service and management. Parking is absolutely awful and very poor communication throughout our whole stay. I would not recommended this complex to my friends even if my life depended on it.

Great place to live in Molalla. Nice apartments, even the older one I am in.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love how quick they are to respond to any issues or questions you may have. Family friendly.
Beautiful property, well kept and maintained.
I'm happy I found this little oasis.

ASHLEY or ASHLEIGH in the front office lady is very rude and doesn’t care to help she’s just there to collect a check she told us one day our deposit is one amount and than when we come to pay the deposit she tells us it’s a different amount because she added a washer and dryer in the unit but didn’t tell us before hand or try to call us and let us know ! Neither did she try to honor the price given, another front desk lady had to go ask their boss and her boss allowed us to pay the deposit told over the phone! Oh and it gets better we go do the walk thru and the unit had NO WASHER OR DRYER

I've lived in Stoneplace for six months now. It is a quiet community and generally well kept. Management is helpful and responsive to any of our concerns. We are happy with our living experience here so far.

We were greeted immediately and helped to find what we needed! Louie was there to help, he so wanted to do all he could to make us happy

I have lived here for almost 6 years! The manager Rhonda and all the people in the office are amazing! Alan and his maintenance crew are SO enjoyable to be around! The only people who complain about this place are whiners or people who want a handout. Just follow the rules and there will be no problems. They keep the property pristine and they are VERY pet friendly! I'm thankful there is place like this in Molalla. You can't find another complex that offers so many amenities for this price! Thank you Stoneplace crew! You're awesome!

Management is rude and condescending. They make bogus fees for everything. There's 1 trash compactor for hundreds of people and it smells foul and attacks tons of flies and rodents. There's dog feces everywhere too. On the side walk, in the road, the stairs and by the dumpsters too. There is ABSOLUTELY NO parking. So forget having 2 vehicles or friends over. They'll have to park in a shady place by a cemetery and its pitch black, then walk 1/4 mile. The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything from footsteps, to conversations, and you even get to hear your neighbor

Very well maintained property. Rhonda the property manager is excellent. The apartments are spacious and updated. Great value for the square footage. I highly recommend checking these apartments out if you are in search of a new home! You won't be disappointed!!

Over 3 years a tenant, and other than rotating management it was great. Rhonda as manager was a turning point for the better. Anyone that has lived in apartments can appreciate the build with regard to cabinets and appliances and amenities. And i like and appreciate the attention to maintenance and improvements. Would definitely move here again.
