For almost every reason, Cinnamon Square is a poor place to live. The apartments are overpriced and undersized. (Seriously there is only one general use closet in the whole apartment) If you have a pet you will be gouged even more for a non-refundable $300 deposit plus $25 a month in pet rent that the landlord and managers will not be able to explain what it is used for. Speaking of which, landlords come and go here with a quickness. I've lived here less than 6 months and we are on our 3rd landlord.
