We have been in business since 2002 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. I have been a Realtor in the greater Fayetteville area for nine years, and in the home renovation business for over thirteen years. Tenants will be charged for any service call as a result of damage or misuse by a tenant. Examples are jammed garbage disposals, stopped up pipes, toilets, sewer lines, not changing HVAC filters. Also please keep in mind most AC units can only bring the inside temperature down 18 to 22 degrees from the outside air temperature.

The owners response to these reviews speaks for itself!!! Don’t waste your time with this “business” they lack basic professionalism and respect. They will rip you off, lie to you, do the bare minimum to keep their properties in good condition and hire incompetent workers. This is a dumpster fire run by a child. Don’t let them take advantage of you, Be careful!

This place is unprofessional…I was looking at a home and the drive way was completely trashed. I asked for a few bucks off if I put down something to make the drive way look presentable. They told me no, I asked if they would do something about it, they said it’s as is, it’s the apt on briarcliff. if I was to drive a moving truck up the drive way there’s so way o would get anything back….I don’t think they actually look the apt their listing…there’s no way they do…

I have been into the office many times over the years. Every time I have been met with nice people who allow you to ask questions and want to help you find the right place. The rentals they have go very quickly so if you see a place you have to get on it quickly. I am hoping to rent from them soon myself. Especially when I am looking for a new place soon.

Update as I said unprofessional and hard to communicate with everyone just make sure you do your research before considering
-also explain if the first month rent is due 10 days after deposit(which is what was told to me over the phone) how is it I contacted you guys 15 days after about the matter? (It was actually close to 6 days after) and also elaborated on why I used fail language…I contracted Covid so things had to be pushed around and delayed (something I was trying to convey) and neither the person I was on the phone with or the “supervisor “ was trying to hear what I had to say so

This company has been thee WORST property rental manager by far! They do not contact tenants who are behind on rent. I had to contact my own tenants to get the truth. Their book keeping is very sloppy. Their rental ledgers are confusing to read. The truth is that they failed to do the things they said they would do on their end. They rarely inspect the properties. The pandemic was a way for them to take a break from being professional. I highly recommend ANY landlord to avoid this so called property management company at all cost.

I'm not a tenant but I would love to be one 😀 reading both positive and negative reviews made me side with the more positive reviews. Not being judgemental it's just that you can't please everyone. Seems to me they're a second chance type of company which majority of us need. There's nothing like a company that helps you prove yourself again. I'll constantly check for Available units

Wonderful rental agency. They have always been on top of repairs. They're always quick to answer their phones and answer questions. They're rentals go VERY quick, so if you find something you like, it's best to hop on it as soon as you can! What's great about them is that they will apply your application to any unit as long as you're approved. That way, If a unit you liked is rented, you can try for any of their other listings.
