We rented from GPM upon our return to Fayetteville after 13 years abroad. We needed a good and safe place to call home for what we thought would be several years. Fortunately GOD Blessed us with a home of our very own so now the property we were renting can be a safe haven to yet another family. The Staff at GPM are exceptionally friendly and professional. They actually care about their tenants and it shows in their Customer Service. Ask for Nicole. All of them can help you but she really captured the essence of Great Customer Service to me. GPM receives my highest rating and compliments.

Excellent property managers! We have used them since 2013 and always been pleased with their service to both owners and tenants. Our tenants had no complaints with them of which we were aware. They were prompt in fixing issues and excellent liaisons between the tenants and myself. HIGHLY recommend them!

I was interested in a house and made an appointment to see the home. Went to see the home and I fell in love with it and when I went to try to apply for the home it was already gone. Why waste people's time to drive to properties and letting them see it if you already have someone renting the property. Very unprofessional just update your listing and stop wasting peopls times

Amongst the many other things I am dissatisfied with, this is by far the most important to mention when dealing with a company. I mean to me the safety of my children and myself are the most important to me. I was told this is not an emergency. I can not close or lock the glass door. The bottom lock is completely off. The question to ask is if it was their family would it be an emergency to ensure the safety of their family? Another question is would you trust this company to have your best interest at heart, I don’t. As a Army veteran who has dealt with multiple rental agency’s over 15 years

They managed our property for 2 years. They were referred to us by our real estate team that we purchased the home from. Over the two years that they managed our property we did not have to worry about anything until the last two months. They took care of EVERYTHING for us; as a property manager should. If our home had issues with the A/C they were able to get window units in the home for the tenants to borrow until our home warranty was able to get a company out there to fix it. The transition from one tenant to the next was seamless and professional. They kept us in the loop at every step. When

As a homeowner, I cannot emphasize the importance of a good, professional property management company. Guardian property has been that and more, always going above and beyond the contract requirements. I can honestly say that what they charge to manage the property is a bargain in the long term because they really look out for your property and keep you informed all the time.

TLDR: Guardian Property Managment are unprofessional and rude, they’re more comparable to thieves than anything else. They take your money to run credit checks and waste your time.
I wanted to rent a house that I knew was going on the market ahead of time. So, I reach out to the property manager to coordinate preemptively.
I have great credit and the rent increase was no problem. I pay the non-refundable deductible only to be pressured into signing a lease for a house that isn’t ready due to much needed remodeling, nor can they tell me when it will be ready. I respond with thanks but no thanks

BRAVO!!! I am so satisfied with Guardian Property Management and Nicole Bente! I had an amazing experience the 2 years I stayed in one of their beautiful properties. They communicated well and made my move-in and move-out process easy. I also wanted to thank the owners too! They are in the process of selling the home is the only reason I am moving , but they also worked with me on the move-out being that I’m having a baby soon and they wanted to make sure I found a place. If you need a place to live choose Guardian !
