I ordered a backpack and lunch pouch with a monogram. When it arrived, the strap was stuck to the glue of the shipping bag. The strap tore, no big deal except when we go to make it larger, it would not take much to rip all the way. Anyhow, I called and without hesitation they made it right. The new one came in less than a week at no cost or trouble to me. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend. Thanks girls!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the toddler size of a monogrammed knit hat from their website. The only photo they showed was the infant size. The finished product looked nothing like what they advertised. In fact, the monogram was significantly smaller and the "roll" on the hat covered the monogram. It is completely unwearable...a complete waste of $50. The PInk Giraffe did not stand behind their product. I will never order from them again and will spread the word to others about their poor reputation.

I was looking to have some custom logos and branding done for my company. Stumbled upon The Pink Giraffe located near St. Thomas Hospital. I was thrilled how accurate and stellar the finished embroidered complex logos came out!
You won't find a better group of people to work with. They obviously take great pride in their work with good turnaround and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommended!

After shopping from their website for many years, I finally ordered a gift for myself. It arrived and was not at all as described on their website. When I brought it to their attention, my item was replaced with the item as described. The test of a good company is one who corrects their mistakes which I felt they had adequately done, so I ordered again a few weeks later. When the new item arrived, it was again not as described. I again called and was told my Eliza (the owner) that she knows "nothing of what is on the website". She agreed to refund my money if I shipped the item
