I am so happy I was referred to Car Craft. John is an owner who cares about his customers. He and his staff are meticulous about the work they do. My car had the bumps and dings that have occurred over 5 years of parking and driving . The bumps and scrapes are now gone the detailers proud of their work. John quoted me a price and that was what the work cost. John is customer service oriented. Thank You John

Was told $330 to change 5 wheel studs on my car. Asked them why so expensive? Told it was a 2 hour job at $80 or $100 per hour(forget now which he said), and that he had to put the tire back on???????? Even at $100 per hour that would be $200 for labor. The parts which are easily available at about any car parts store for $20(5 wheel studs at $2 apiece and 5 lug nuts at $2 apiece). Even at $100 per hour and if they doubled the cost of the parts to $40 that would still only be $240. Here's the kicker. I had the car towed to a place where they did the SAME EXACT job for $100, and I was out of there

5/5 ! I would highly recommend Car Craft. Al and John are good fellas. They are fair and honest, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. I recently purchased my first car a used 2002 Camry in great running condition at a very reasonable price. Al made it his concern to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer and I left Car Craft confident and 100% satisfied.
