Went for one sensor issue was told it was a ripped boot on throttle body,costing $600 , called the Dealer the dealer said if ur throttle boot was ripped it would cause ur mass air flow sensor to go off which is attached to the boot!!! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS UR READY TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! FILING K35 COMPLAINT ASAP!!!!

Went for an emissions test. the place is cash only for emissions. when I went to ask where was the line started the person at the front desk walked away and essentially yelled where the line started. otherwise the folks in the back who took care of me were great. ONCE AGAIN, if you are going for an emissions test Bring CASH and get there early. they are fast but it does take time.

After grocery shopping I locked my Keyes in the trunk and my son brought me a spare key which was a valet key and it does not open the trunk and the cable was broken so there was no way to open with button. It was 4::50 when I went to Herbs and ask the lady at front desk if someone could help me: She was very kind and reassuring and asked the owner and he was just as kind. He spent so much time trying to open trunk through back seat of car and eventually he called his hard working mechanic at home to see if he could come back to help. Together and after lots of pulling/pushing they got it open

If I could give Herb's Automotive an extra star, I would. This place is a gem; one of a dying breed of small businesses that truly puts the customer first and doesn't treat you like a number. Herb's was recommended to me by a coworker, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Joe, the owner, and his delightful wife Maria were a genuine pleasure… to deal with. Joe and his staff are very knowledgeable, and didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary parts or repairs; a situation I've encountered at other places in the past. I'll definitely be going back any time my car is in need of repair

I own a 2012 Chevy box truck and it developed an incredibly disturbing rumbling and grinding noise. This of course happened on a Sunday night, 150 miles from home. I was not happy about the prospect of driving home. My truck is 10’10” high and won’t fit in most regular places like Firestone or Meineke. I did some research and made a couple of… calls and settled on Axle and Spindle to call in the morning. At 7am, I showed up at their shop and predictably, they were slammed. I asked for recommendations. Herb’s Auto was recommended. I called and was able to get slotted
