I use to love Tru View until as a real estate broker decided to let my client use TruView and me pay for another inspection next day with another company. This home was 8,000 sq ft so I needed to make sure my long time client got the best inspection possible. I love the report Truview does as it's easy to navigate online. However the difference in reports was mind blowing. The TruView report indicated no signs of leaks. The Allied report indicated where leaks previously were and they even checked moisture to show some spaces are still wet. Truview also showed no electrical issues and Allied

Between myself and my mum (both Realtors) we have over 40 years of inspections throughout countries across 4 continents. This was by far the best we've worked with. First, their intial response was immediate - the other 2 took days close to a week to respond. We just finished the inspection with an apartment and the inspector was not only thorough but extremely kind and open to any concerns we saw and had questions about. It's definitely the norm for inspectors to be annoyed if you have any questions but this gentleman was instead actually welcoming of these. At the end of the inspection

Hired Truview to inspect our house and on the very first day we got the keys my husband took a bath and it leaked all the way through the kitchen ceiling, and he found a puddle of water on the kitchen floor.
Truview's excuse was that they are only allowed to fill the tub up to the jets.. and they did NOTHING to solve our problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My spouse and I contracted Truview Inspections to do an inspection on a home we are purchasing.
