I got a free consultation from Mr. Azoulay (pronounced Uzi I think) and he was so helpful and charming over the phone. I just got a free consultation but he was adamant I don't waste my money on this case. Ya know how we say politicians seem like the type of guy you'd like to have a drink with? This is that guy. Ouzy was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me the legal advice that other firms should have been. Instead of selling me on retaining him for a tenant/landlord dispute, he kept it real and suggested I not engage with them until further down the line. Active Duty and Warriors take heed, My Father and Grandmother recently passed away from C19, the landlord attempted to secure me away from their belongings and possessions. I was quickly running out of my E-leave and running low on options, I called Mr. Weiss after being recommended to do so by a professional attorney, and after a brief conversation, he deployed into my situation with the right amount of support, to completely cancel out their attack after firing off an e-mail barrage on my families behalf. After some miscommunication with my landlord following a court judgement (I'd prefer to use some spicy language but will keep it clean) I heard a knock on my door at 10pm from an NYC Marshall with a 6 day notice to quit. I was leaving for a 10 day trip to Europe the next afternoon and scrambled to find a tenant friendly lawyer to represent me and take care of everything while I was away.

Stay far away! They don't keep the client updated, serve incorrect notices to vacate, file incorrect documents in court and at one point didn't SHOW UP for a court appearance! Lie to clients, rude and a pure rip off. FIND YOURSELF BETTER REPRESENTATION! They are awful and will set your case backwards.
