The office staff is very nice and communication is great. Otherwise the only reason to pay almost $1000 a month is for the location and the pool. I moved from a third floor apartment to a second floor and the rent is more expensive. With this move the apartment I moved into isn’t even upgraded whatsoever even though it’s priced higher, and it’s one hallway over. I don’t have any of the upgraded features that my previous apartment had, such as the new doors, toilet (mine is child-sized and yellow), shower rod and shower head. My boyfriend and I have lived here for nearly two years now. And only recently started having issues with our apartment. I've reported things to management and maintenance, and when they come to fix things, they don't do it correctly. They say they'll come back and finish what they've started, and never return And then just leave things broken, leaking, not working. Whatever the problem is. I've expressed being irritated with maintenance to management, and nothing has been done. Phone calls do not get returned. I'm fed up and ready to leave... I wouldn't recommend

They waited until day of to replace the carpet on my apartment when I was supposed to move in. The apartment was extremely dirty when I did manage to move in at the end of my move in day and I was only able to get moved in because I had to harass them to actually get it done instead of leaving it and making me have to move in the next day.
After this nightmare, I found three closet doors broken, towel rack barely in the wall and the drawers were disgusting. I had to put in multiple work orders through the first two to three months in and my closet door has gone off track once again.

This place appears to be scamming people on internet speeds. I published another review 2 years ago having the same issue and it seems common on both the Better Business Bureau website and here. You pay for 50 mbps or 100 mbps, but if you run speed tests, you will be lucky to see 30 on any given day. I upgraded internet tiers and saw no change even though I filled out *paperwork* to pay more. I call and the reaction was pretty much an "oops, we didn't change it all the way because we forgot to do something with the modem." I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau if this is not

I absolutely enjoyed my time at The Timbers. Office staff and maintenance were always very responsive. Apartment truly served my needs. I think I had the best view. My balcony faced the wooded area. I saw so much nature that was mesmerizing. You cannot go wrong here, and with all they do for their tenants.

The location and apartments are okay but not worth the high rent I had several maintenance issues which was relayed to the office and things were never fixed loud neighbors downstairs. Maintenance request get marked as completed when they're not. I hated dealing with most of the staff in the front office they tell you yes they'll fix it and nothing ever happens there's a few ladies in the office and a few maintenance guys that are great people only reason I stayed as long as I did was because I was trapped in their lease.

I've been working with the property managers Rachel and Natalie. I can't say enough great things about the Timbers or these 2 women. They are both professional, very friendly, very easy to talk to and are both great at their jobs! I would highly recommend the Timbers to anyone looking to move in Evansville

I had been living better at the timbers, but they made me so mad today I had to share.
So I submitted my payment for rent. The amount I had to pay still was like 200 dollars and I paid it using a new bank I had never used. It told me the payment went through. Told me the account was added successfully. The money hadn't been taken out of my account, so I investigated and on my own found out the payment didn't go through. (they weren't going to tell me because they were hoping to charge me late fees). So when I called, they informed me that it didn't go through and I have an extra fee because apparently

What can you say about an apartment complex? The apartments are the standard 1-2 bedroom accommodations and are nothing to speak of. What makes living there pleasant are the amenities and the staff.
The club house is an incredibly nice place to relax and unwind. They have a comfortable meeting area for group parties, a nicely maintained pool and a decent fitness room. Unlike other complexes, the laundry room on site is large, clean and has a good number of both washers and dryers. They have an extremely large parking lot for vehicles and you don't have to use an assigned space. You
