Services
Rental Realty is designed to manage your real estate investments. Buying real estate is a secure investment, and with Rental Realty it can also be stress-free. Rental Realty does not separate sales listings by individual agents. So, if you list your property with one of us, you list it with all of us.
Here, you can easily make a maintenance request, pay your rent online, and connect to the Rental Realty staff for any of your management needs. We invest in advanced technology systems so we can provide you with the best service and manage your properties efficiently and effectively. We have chosen property management and accounting software called AppFolio Property Manager.
There are many opportunities in the real estate market right now due to a plethora of foreclosures, historically low financing, and a shift in the public's mindset that renting is a preferred alternative to owning. Rental Realty has recognized this opportunity and created various investment programs tailored to the objective of the investor.
