The Lasley Company was founded in 2000 by James I. "Jimmy" Lasley, III and Brian L. Lasley. The company began operations specializing in commercial and residential real estate. In 2005, the company expanded to include the construction of homes and in 2006, it added a Rental Properties department.
The Lasley Company is members of CARMLS (a multiple listing service), Little Rock Board of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association and the National Realtors Association.We are also members of The Council of Residential Specialists. Each applicant must complete an application which you can find online on our website at www.thelasleycompany.com, or pick one up at our office, 5110 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, AR 72207. There is a $50 non-refundable background and credit check fee for every applicant. This is required for each adult over the age of 18 that will be living in the residence.

The Lasley Company will conduct a comparative market analysis to assist in setting the asking price for your home and keep you posted on comparable homes for sale in our area during the process.
Whether you're preparing to sell your home or if you're getting ready to buy, we have experts that specialize in Central Arkansas residential real estate. His professional training includes holding designations with the Graduate Realtor Institute and the Council of Residential Specialists. As Principal Broker, Jimmy specializes in commercial and residential real estate as well as in the construction of new homes and remodeling.
If the lease is not fulfilled you must contact your property manager for associated cost for breaking the lease. The Lasley Company must have a written 30 day notice to vacate signed and received by one of our representatives. We will mail your security deposit refund (less lawful deductions) and an itemized accounting of any deductions no later than 60 days after surrender or abandonment of the premises.

I called about a rental and was told I could come pick up a key to look at the place. When I got there, the key was nowhere to be found and after about 20 minuets I was told to come back later. If you know someone is coming to look at a place, make sure it is available for viewing. I wasted my lunch break at this place. The worst part, they weren’t even friendly or apologetic. They were just like “Oh well, come back later.” If they will treat a potential renter this way, how do they treat you once you sign the lease?

Do not use this company!! Apparently Brian has rented out a town home to my daughter with her 3 year old and there was a water leak that wasnt fixed until my daughters water got turned off and was charged $1300 for it. She emailed and called over and over again and he blew her off! To turn it back on she had to pay half and when he finally got a plumber out to fix, the water company did not reimburse her except for $200 and her water got turned off again because she cant pay the whole $1300!! She also isnt able to pay that on top of rent and now they are trying to evict her! This company doesnt

I rented through the Lasley Company for three years, and I would not recommend renting through the company. My roommate and myself paid rent on time every month and maintained all other tenant responsibilities. From the beginning, work order requests went unanswered with us tenants having to request multiple times. Eventually, we had to call the company to follow up with the requests to make sure that the requests were received. The last request made took a month from the first written work order to get maintenance at the site.
