During this time she has gained the hands-on experience necessary to excel as a property manager. Tina earned the title of Residential Management Professional in 2010 and Master Property Manager in 2011. She has also gained the trust and recognition of her peers, being elected to serve as President of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers in 2011.

Tina Hogan, our Licensed Principal Broker and Owner, has over 17 years experience in the property management industry. Tina started her career in property management as an administrative assistant and quickly climbed the corporate ladder, becoming an associate broker with an established property management firm in little rock.
Solid Rock Property Management, LLC would like to thank you for your interest in our Rental Properties. If you would like to rent one of the properties that we manage, you will need to complete and return a Lease Application for each adult that will be living in the property. You will also need to pay an application fee for each application that is submitted.
To put it simply, when you hire a property manager, you are hiring someone to take care of your investments. This is why it is critically important to hire someone who is not only capable of acting in your best interests, but who also cares about your property as though it was their own. It is important to hire someone who seeks to make YOU as much money as possible, NOT charge you as much as possible.
